VGM’s built-in technician tracking feature set gives you access to the inner workings of your business on-demand. With just a few clicks technicians can clock on and off of a job, providing you with accurate figures outlining the amount of time spent working on each job.
Using these figures, you can generate detailed reports which will give you a complete overview of each technician. These reports show total hours worked and a technician efficiency rating (as a percentage).
You will also have access to a detailed tracking log on each job. You’ll see a full history of which technicians have clocked in or out of a job, and at what time.
