Responding to user feedback, we’ve implemented a feature that allows you to view all customer communication from a single location. Simply right-click on a customer record in the customer grid and you’re presented with a clear, organized history of emails, SMS, and printed messages.
Additionally, we’ve added a convenient function to send SMS directly from this window. Say goodbye to the hassle of switching between platforms or tools for different tasks.
While we plan to officially release this feature in the upcoming weeks, we are inviting you to try it early.
