How much does the VMM package cost?
The complete VMM system including the VMM MOT Diary Software, VMM Website, web hosting,
telephone support and email addresses (if required), costs only
£29.95 + vat
(less if you already have a website) per month, for a minimum of 12 months.
Payment can either be made by monthly direct debit, or annually by cheque for
£359.40
+ vat.
What if I already have a website?
If your garage already has a website then we can embed the VMM system into your
site at a reduced cost of
£24.95 + vat per month.
What additional costs are there?
We have tried to include all the costs within the monthly fee, but there are a few
optional, additional costs which may or may not apply to you.
1.SMS Text messages.
If you use the SMS text messages then you'll need to purchase credits from us. We
keep the price of SMS messages in line with current market prices, which is currently
7p + vat per text message. SMS credits can be purchased in multiples of 500 and there
is no time limit for their use.
2.Domain name registration.
Each site we produce gets its own free motlive web address (e.g. johnsgarage.motlive.co.uk)
but most of our customers have wanted there own custom web address. We will happily
register and set up these addresses for you and create an account for you with 123-reg.co.uk.
.co.uk addresses cost around £6 per 2 years, and .com addresses are around £9 per
year. You will own the web address, we will simply set it up for you and
register it in your name and address.
