your premises. It maintains a live connection with your
VMM Website
while your VTS is open using an ordinary broadband connection.
As bookings are entered into the diary the booking page on the website is instantly
updated ensuring that online visitors always see your up-to-date slot availability.
At the same time your diary is automatically updated when the public book online.
At the end of the day you simply shut down the
VMM MOT Diary Software
leaving the website booking system fully active. When you next start the software
it is updated with any new website bookings.
MOT reminders and confirmations.
The
VMM MOT Diary Software can send annual MOT reminders by email and SMS text messaging.
Each day VMM can calculate and send these reminders to your customers in a matter
of seconds. VMM can also print reminders for posting.

interface allows you to add, move and swap bookings and retests with ease.
If you need different slots for a limited period (to cover a tester's holiday for

has a powerful search function that allows you to quickly find a single booking
amongst thousands.

booking data us stored on your PC allowing your diary to keep working even if your
