Screenshots and explanation.

Below are screenshots of just a few key parts of the VMM software. There are about seventy different windows in VMM so please contact us if you would like to find out more.

Bookings received.

When you are open the software continually checks your website for new online bookings. When new ones are received a popup displays to alert you (see left).

At the end of the day you simply shut down the VMM software and your website continues to take bookings.

The next day any overnight/weekend online bookings are downloaded and the system is synchronised. In the event of an internet connection failure during the day, the software remains fully functional and the web booking system closes down. VMM will normally reconnect and reactivate the web booking system automatically when the connection is restored.

The bookings details screen.

The Booking Details screen allows you to edit nearly any aspect of an existing booking and add new ones. You can also send an SMS text confirmation to the customer's mobile phone or print the details to hand to the customer.

The reminders screen.

The Reminders Screen allows you to see which customers are due to receive annual MOT reminders on any given day and send them by email, SMS or print them for posting. The whole process can be completed in seconds, saving you hours of tedious paperwork.

The slots screen.

Slots can be added, deleted and edited with ease. Slots come in two types, Default and Custom. The Default Slots are those which you normally use week to week. Custom slots are used when you want to set up different slots for a limited period (during a tester's holiday for example), or no slots at all (bank holidays, Xmas etc). The slots system is extremely flexible and even if you delete slots that already have bookings against them, the bookings will still remain visible.

The customers screen.

The Customers screen allows you to add and edit customers and view their booking history.

SMS Messages Screen.

The SMS Messages Received screen gives you a fully featured SMS inbox. Any messages sent from our system will be sent via a virtual mobile number. This allows the recipients to reply which can be very useful. Imagine you sent out a daily reminder, say two hours before a test and the customer has forgotten and is unable to attend. They can reply to let you know, giving you at least some time to fill the space.

The Search Screen.

The Search screen gives you a powerful means of finding bookings using multiple search criteria.

The Testers Screen.

The Testers screen allows you to add new testers and edit existing ones. Each tester can be assigned a different screen name and colour. There is no limit to the number of testers that you can have.

The Testing Classes Screen.

The Testing Classes screen allows you to set which testing classes you are offering and the prices. It is possible to set different default values for your full, web and trade fees for both initial tests and retests.
