software, you agree

remote services
and associated software
are provided "as
is" and at
the customers sole
risk. You are responsible
for the backup of
your data and applications
before this remote
service is used.

responsible or in
any way liable consequential
damages of any kind,
including, but not
limited to loss
of data, hardware
faults, or any other
consequences which
may result in the
damage to any persons,
or company's reputation.
In
addition, by using
this software you
agree that it is
acceptable, and
give your permission
to any employee
of Motasoft to connect
remotely to your
computer(s), and
make changes as
he/she sees fit,
during the period
for which you are
receiving technical
support. During
this time, the engineer
will have complete
access/control over
your computer(s)
which includes the
visible desktop,
email systems and
hardware configurations.
It is the customers
sole responsibility
to ensure that sensitive
data, including
that which has been
classified, is not
displayed on the
desktop, or in any
other way, before
and during said
technical support
session.
